Gulf LInk has developed its systems and procedures to ensure that our recruitment process is as simple, efficient and cost effective as possible. We also ensure full compliance with all local and relevant international regulations.

The first part of our approach is to clearly understand the requirement, develop and agree the recruitment plan and initiate the candidate search.

The second part of our approach is the candidate assessment and selection, followed by on boarding. We normally close a recruitment campaign with a review to ensure we continually improve our processes.

At the start of each recruitment assignment we agree our roles, responsibilities and service standards. Your dedicated Gulf Link team will then ensure delivery against the agreed recruitment plan, providing regular communication to keep you fully informed.
